What is Boottik?
Boottik is dedicated to creating partnerships with those that seek content and those who create it. Whether a content seeker is looking for written, video, or design we help them find a creator or, guru as we call them, for their needs. Our goal in establishing Boottik was to build a platform for both sides to find each other and cultivate long lasting relationship that are beneficial to both ends.

What social media platforms can we use?
We run the full gamut! Whether the platforms are new or old, big or small we have a guru for you. Currently our gurus have accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Vine, Youtube, Pinterest, and Tumblr.

Brands have the ability to use the content purchased beyond their social media platforms. They can post the new content on their websites, newsletters & e-mail blasts, and even in digital & printed marketing materials. Purchasing this unique content allows for a uniformed message and branding for the brand; having content in one voice drives home the message to the audience.

How are payments handled?
To efficiently handle the payouts between gurus and their buyers Boottik uses PayPal. We chose this method because of it is easily accessible to most people and it is the quickest method to get paid for all your hard work.

How long does it take to get paid?
It is easy, once you have completed the campaign let your buyer know. Once the brand is satisfied and approves the campaign you should see the payment to be released to you.

Do I have to make a purchase to complete jobs?
While most brands that work with Boottik include the product or service they are looking for your help with some would like you to purchase it, to get the full experience of the brand.

What should I include in "Job Details" when adding a job?
The more details the better. Giving gurus your expected parameters will ensure you get the campaign you envisioned. Examples of what to include in a description you're your product information or service, the amount of content pieces you are expecting, who your target audience is, and what your budget is.

How can I be sure that I am choosing the right Influencer for my Brand?
All of our content gurus have a profile that you can view. We ask that their profiles include as much detail and information about them as possible in order for prospective content buyers to know why it is important to choose them over another writer. This allows for buyers to be as informed as possible when choosing a guru that will be right for their brand.

How can I be sure that I am choosing the right Brand?
All brands will have a profile that will tell you about their company and their campaign goals. Profiles also describe their products and services that the brand is looking to create content for and tell their story. If a profile sparks your interest you can submit a proposal for their campaign.

 

9.
How do I know when I've received an application from an Influencer?
It's really easy! Just go to your Manage Jobs page, and hit the "Accepting Proposals" tab to view your applicants. Here you can view prospective guru profiles and if one speaks to you, you can accept their offer.

After working with Influencers that I liked, can I create special jobs through Boottik just for them?
